HNSP Capital is a private money lending company, based in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. It provides short term business loan options to real estate investors looking to purchase properties for resale or to buy and hold. We also partner with investors to issue fractionalized loans that are secured by real estate and personal guarantee from the borrower.

HNSP Capital Investments, LLC, dba HNSP Capital, was launched in 2023, by Donna Mick a real estate investor who as looking for ways to invest her money and protect if from the volatility of the market. She issued her first private money loan in 2018 and NEVER looked back. Over the years Donna has worked with her accountant to develop strict underwriting criteria and her attorney to create clearly define loan documents that help her to “Secure the Bag” and protect her investment.

In early 2023, she learned about working with other investors to collectively fund deals secured by real estate. One June 23, 2023, she opened HNSP Capital Investments, LLC. Since its inception, HNSP Capital has:

• Issued more than 9 million dollars in capital to 22 real estate investors.

• Facilitated over 48 loans with more than 53 lending partners.

• Paid lending partners more than $200,000 in interest payments

• Allowed 48 sellers to sell their home and

• Blessed over 48 families with a new home!!!!
